The Hunting Darkness Universe
Hunting Darkness is a Dark Fantasy transmedia project. This means that different kinds of Hunting Darkness stories will be told in different kinds of media to create a whole that exceeds the sum of its parts.
Right now, the story at the centre of Hunting Darkness is the audio drama From the Bay of Fangs, an anthology of reports concerning the Hunters of Fenblith hunting and killing the Dark Ones’ immortal Beasts. It is directly linked to web series The Dark Truth, in which Tara Summer investigates mysterious and subversive posters, and digital anthology By the Wayside, which provides each of the Hunters' reports with background, context, and aftermath.

Meet the Maker
Hi there! I'm Daan Blokdijk, the creator of Hunting Darkness. I've got a Bachelor's in History with a Minor in English Language and Literature, and I spend some of my time working at a nature reserve in the Netherlands. I'm almost 32, but I've been telling stories I made up since I could talk, and the experience of being able to share some of them here, with you, is truly a fantastic one.
I have many, many plans for Hunting Darkness, in many, many types of media. For now, though, I'm fully focussed on what I privately call The Triptych; the three interconnected projects described above. I'm having a blast creating them, and learning a lot along the way.
